Off Season Programs

The Off Season program operates during the non-summer months and is designed for those paddlers who wish to continue training during the off season. Head Coach, Rob Baert runs the program that is specifically designed for paddlers unlike training in a standard gym.

The off season program structure is outlined below.

Paddlers must be registered, be paid in full and have completed the cold water waiver form before you will be permitted to paddle on the water.  All registrations forms are linked below.

Full Time: 6 practices /week

Part Time: 4 practices/ week

Mon–Fri: 4:30-6:00pm

 Sat: 10:00-11:00am

Training wil be at the Bell Alliant Racing Cente -especially equipped for paddler training (blue building on the other side of the lake).

The focus of the Fall/ Winter program is fundamental movement and conditioning

Full Time -  $300

Winter

16 weeks

4 practices / week

December 2017 - March 2018

Mon | Wed | Fri 4:00 - 6:00pm. 

Sat: 10:00-11:30am
