ClubCare Babysitting 2026
Registration for a Summer Paddling Program covers paddling only and does not include off-water supervision. Registered paddlers born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019 must either be registered for ClubCare babysitting in addition to paddling program registration or have a supervising caregiver with them while at Senobe. Paddlers may be supervised by a parent/guardian or by a privately arranged caregiver over the age of 13. Older siblings that are participating in day-program paddling cannot be supervising caregivers. The supervising caregiver should be at Senobe throughout the day when the child is present, even when the child is participating in on water programming and should be available in the event of emergencies or indicidents arrising.
ClubCare Babysitting
Fee: $900 for each paddler participating in the ClubCare program. This fee is an add-on fee to Summer Paddling Program fees.
The ClubCare Babysitting program is an add-on program providing off-water supervision for registered paddlers born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019. Please see below for information on what is included in the ClubCare Babysitting program.
Children must be registered in a summer paddling program in order to be eligible for ClubCare Babysitting. Children born prior to 2019 are not eligible for ClubCare.
ClubCare runs weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Paddlers in the program must be signed in and signed out within these hours. Parents/Guardians are required to be present for sign-in and sign-out.
ClubCare runs Monday, July 6th to Friday, August 24 (8 weeks). ClubCare will be closed on Monday, August 3rd (Natal Day).
The ClubCare program is designed around our summer paddling schedule and it is expected that participants will attend scheduled paddling practices. If a ClubCare participant is regularly failing to attending their scheduled paddling practices, their parents may be asked to find other child care arrangments.
Paddlers enroled in ClubCare are based out of the ClubCare tent. To facilitate supervision, ClubCare participants are not permitted to be based out of private tents on the beach while signed into ClubCare.
The ClubCare Babysitting add-on includes:
✅ Supervision between paddling sessions for your child born between 2015 and 2019.
✅ A staff person for you child to check in with when arriving in the morning (rain or shine).
✅ Someone to make sure your child makes it to their practices on time.
✅ A sun shelter to hang out in during the day.
✅ A contact person to reach at Senobe, or to reach out to you in care of emergency.
✅ Reminders to apply suncreen, eat lunch, and wear a hat!
The ClubCare Babysitting add-on does not include:
❌ Meals/snacks for you child
❌ Organized activities between paddling sessions
❌ Application of sunscreen
