Off-Season Programs

The Off-Season program operates during the non-summer months and is designed for those paddlers who wish to continue training during the off-season. Head Coach Rob Baert runs the program that is specifically designed for paddlers unlike training in a standard gym.

Please review Senobe’s detailed plan outlining the format of practices, club use, cleaning and safety protocols: Download Modified Training Plan form. It is essential for all paddlers and families to be very familiar with these policies and adhere to them at all times. Paddlers must be registered, paid in full and have reviewed the Modified Training Plan form before they start paddling.
