Off-Season Programs

For our more serious paddlers, the work doesn't end when the summer does! Many of our athletes train year round, with an emphasis on strength, conditioning, and paddling technique.

Fall Training

The goal of fall training is to build on the experience and fitness gained by athletes during the summer, with a focus on endurance and technique. Athletes will have the opportunity to take part in a number of long distance regattas and learn essential skills like washriding, and pacing.

As the weather cools, athletes may begin to mix in some dry land training, including weight training and running.
